Jeffrey Harris Bilson is the owner and president of the Druthers Agency, which was founded in 1974 to address the unique staffing needs of Senior Housing organizations. With more than four decades of success, Druthers Agency is the acknowledged leader in executive search services for Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Assisted Living facilities and related settings. In addition to his own recruitment efforts, Jeffrey has provided training and workshops on effective hiring practices to numerous organizations including LeadingAge, ALFA, CALA, Care & Compliance, and individual providers. He has served on statewide committees focused on Diversity and on Education, and was honored as “Associate Member of the Year” by LeadingAge California (formerly CAHSA). Jeffrey has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology & Communications from the University of California, Davis.

Jacob Gehl is an Executive Managing Director and Founding Partner of Blueprint Healthcare Advisors. A frequent panelist/narrative at national senior housing conferences, Jacob has more than 15 years of senior housing experience, closing transactions in excess of $2 billion. Jacob currently sits on the Board of Directors of the American Senior Housing Association (ASHA) and is actively involved in the ASHA PAC as well as the ASHA Rising Stars program. He is also actively involved in the Ohio Healthcare Association.

Jean-Pierre (“JP”) LoMonaco is the President of Valuation & Information Group, Culver City, CA, one of the preeminent senior living valuation firms in the US. JP is a recognized authority on the valuation of senior living properties and is a frequent speaker/moderator at national senior housing/long term care conferences. JP entered the real estate consulting industry in 1989. Over the years, clients have relied on him for lending, litigation support, asset allocation, due diligence, lease negotiation, tax appeals. Bankruptcy proceedings and market and site selection.
JP’s assignments include market feasibility studies, appraisal reports, highest and best use studies and general consulting for a wide variety of property types in the senior housing and heathcare related industry.
Prior to joining the Valuation & Information Group, Mr. LoMonaco was Vice President of a national consulting company specializing in healthcare related assets and was responsible for the western real estate division. JP is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate Emphasis at the University of Southern California.
